Armed with best practice financial tools from large global manufacturing companies in NE Ohio, Majjag LLC was formed in 2020 by Mike Gedeon.

Mike Gedeon is a financial executive with more than 25 years of experience with publicly traded companies with around $1b in sales and private equity backed companies with sales from $2 million to $300 million.

Mike has in depth experience with global manufacturing and distribution companies, as well as global professional service and construction companies.

Mike is an expert in financial strategy (how to grow sales, profits, cash flow), in financial reporting (how to account and report for growth in sales, profits, cash flow) and how to improve processes (financial team talent, financial tech stack {ERP, Payroll, Expense Reporting, Financial Report Consolidations, Project Management}).

Majjag specializes in consultative arrangements of companies with revenue from $2 -$60 million dollar sales level. Companies of that revenue scale are not at the size to support or need a full time CFO. The role of CFO is to provide partnership to an executive team to support growth and profitability strategy, manage cash flow, help in a "been there, done that" with process change, be a mentor to current financial staff, and work with 3rd party lenders and BOD. These tasks are not necessarily a 9-5 role a controller/bookkeeper may be asked to perform successfully. Majjag can perform these tasks with limited supervision, but yet be highly collaborative and a visible leader.

On a personal level, Mike resides in Hudson, Ohio. He is happily married with 5 children. Outside of family-life, Mike enjoys watching sports and working out.
